When Grip Tech Flooring asked New Jersey Multimedia to help them present their decorative concrete coatings, they weren’t just talking about concrete—they were talking about turning hardworking floors, patios, pool decks, outdoor kitchens and business spaces into design features.
Imagining Concrete Differently
Concrete has always been more workhorse than showpiece. But Grip Tech knows that with the right technique—stamping, staining, acid-etching, engraving—you can transform raw concrete into something beautiful, something characterful. The challenge was helping customers see that: convince them that their plain patio can sing, that their indoor floors can dazzle, that even a business lot or walkway can become a statement of style. They wanted a website experience that communicates elegance, durability, and creative flair—without the pretension or the price tag of natural stone.

Bringing the Technique & Story Alive
Our challenge at NJMM was to bring that same sense of artistry to their online presence — to build a site that made visitors feel what Grip Tech feels when they bring dull concrete to life.
We began with storytelling through visuals — rich photography of stamped and stained surfaces, each image telling its own quiet story of transformation. A backyard that once felt plain now feels like a retreat. A pool deck that was once just practical now radiates elegance. Every scroll became a before-and-after in motion — an invitation to imagine what’s possible.
But just as Grip Tech’s work is about both form and function, our design had to be both beautiful and clear. We built smooth navigation that guides the visitor through discovery: from what decorative concrete coatings are, to the methods that make them unique, to real-life examples of Grip Tech’s craftsmanship. The content strikes a balance — informative enough for the practical homeowner, inspiring enough for the dreamer sketching plans on a napkin.
The copy had to sound like Grip Tech — confident, grounded, but full of excitement for what’s possible. Phrases like “Transform your surfaces into statements” and “Design that lasts longer than trends” echoed the brand’s voice: honest, creative, enduring.
Then we layered in trust. Because behind every artistic flourish, Grip Tech’s story is about dependability — decades of experience, premium materials, and results that last. We showcased their expertise not with claims, but with proof: photos, real projects, and an easy way for visitors to take the next step — request a free quote or consultation.
Emphasizing Function & Value
No shine without strength. We made sure durability, ease of maintenance, and cost value are front and center. Decorative concrete isn’t just pretty—it resists weather, foot traffic, wear, doesn’t shatter like tile, and costs far less than stone slabs. That helps ease concerns. The site also clearly offers “free estimates” and consultation, making the leap easier for homeowners and commercial clients alike.
The NJMM Touch: Design, Flow & Trust
From a design perspective, we aimed for clarity, ambience, and trust. The layout is clean and intuitive: visitors can scroll from what decorative concrete is, through types, through examples, into application options, and finally into the contact/quote request. Strong calls to action are placed (for example, “CALL FOR CONSULTATION”) so the user never wonders what to do next. Details like location, contact phone, free estimates are easy to find.
Visual tone is key: high-quality photos, before-and-after visuals, and textured backgrounds or overlays that evoke concrete’s feel without being heavy or dull. Typography and color choices are chosen to complement earthy tones but still pop enough to draw attention to headings and service types.
Result: Concrete with Character
Thanks to NJMM’s collaboration with Grip Tech, this is no longer just a “concrete coatings service page.” It’s an immersive showcase of what concrete can be—the hardened, versatile material it is—but treated with artistry, with value, with possibility. Visitors who land there don’t just get information—they start to reimagine their floors, patios, pool decks, business entries, as creative canvases.
They see feasibility: that stamped concrete gives the look of stone without the cost; that engraved or acid-etched finishes can add texture and interest; that Grip Tech is the company with the craft, the options, and the consultative approach to help them get there
By the end of the project, the new website didn’t just tell people what Grip Tech does — it showed them what it feels like to work with a company that sees potential in every surface. It turned concrete — something hard, cold, and industrial — into something human, creative, and full of life.
